This will allow others waiting to utilise vacant appointments. May we remind you that ‘No Shows’ are incredibly costly to our business and prevent those on our cancellation list from booking.
In respect of this, appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and for those who do not show up for their appointment – full payment is required.
