Please be aware that we operate an appointment service and whilst some walk-in appointments may be available from time to time, we encourage you to pre-book your appointment and always come with a future appointment date.
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR WISH TO CANCEL OR MOVE, WE OPERATE A CLEAR 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
This will allow others waiting to utilise vacant appointments. May we remind you that ‘No Shows’ are incredibly costly to our business and prevent those on our cancellation list from booking.
In respect of this, appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and for those who do not show up for their appointment – full payment is required.
