Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete your order.
We will not sell alcohol to any one under the age of 18 years old, sorry it is the law. By placing an order you confirm that you and the receiver are at least 18 years old. All items must be signed for by an adult 18 years old or over.
We endeavour to ensure all our products are correctly priced and in stock on our website, but we will need to validate price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply an item within the timeframe, or the price is incorrect we will contact you and you exchange or refund your order. Please note this only applies to goods that have not been shipped or collected in store.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the timeframe you have selected, but we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances outside our control. We will of course contact you to let you know if we have been made aware of any possible issues with your order arriving in time.
If you are not happy or no longer require your products we will happily refund or exchange items that have not been used and remain in their original packaging.
Please note we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where the wrong product was sent or the product was damaged in transit.
Orders need to be checked as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. You will need to notify us within 48hrs of delivery of any issues and we will be able to advise you how to return your product.
Proof of postage must be obtained for all returned goods.
If we have sent you the wrong product we apologise, it is not a common occurrence. If products have arrived damaged we also apologise and understand how frustrating this can be. In either case we will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
